The 1992 Meigs County Litter
Prevention and Recycling Program
ts underway across the county,
according to the program's dire&lt;:tor, Kenny Wigg;ns_

includes a comprehensive grant
from the Ohio Department of Natu ral Re sources, Division of Liller
Prevention and Recycling, local
support for the board of Meigs
County Commissioners , and a
mint -grant from the AGHJMV
Solid Waste Disuict.
Education programs

the program include classroom presentations and videos by program
staff. and educational materials
