Those In favor of the death

them? Here are oft-cited reasons
for abolishing the death penalty and
some representatives repossess by
those who favor It:
Capital punishment decreases

respect for human life.
"Just the opposite. The higher the
price we put on anything, the more
value we attach to it. Once we lower
the price that must be paid for
taking a life, we lower the value we
put on life."
The death penalty Is against the
moral law. "Thou shalt not kill."
"The commandment against kll·

prohibit capital punishment. A
more accurate translation of that
commandment would be. 'Thou
shalt do no murder.' For those who
broke that law, there was still the

the multi-hued blossoms, no longer in sight,
Are (eplaced by the deepest of green,
With the blue of the water a further delight
As the overhead sun warms the s~ene,
It's a time for vacation and finishing chores,
While some others were never begun.
And for swimming and fishing and living outdoors
With our own kind of fun in the sun;
. Plus a lesson in beauty our faith will portray
For remembering all of our lives,
From the joy of creation the lord will display
When the season of summer arrives.

1. Make a list of things that need to be accomplished. Numberthem
according to Importance and urgency- say, one through 10.
2. As you accomplish each job, mark It from the list. But whUPyou
are accomplishing number five, you must forgPt about number slx.
Preoccupation with any other chore defeats the purpose.
It's a simple suggestion, but If you've never trted It you'll never
believe the time It saves ... not to mention the rellPf from anxiety over
things that never get done .
