Lucifer Has a Letter
Ready for Absentees
Robert H. Woods, MiniSter
Pomeroy Church of Christ
Last Lord's Day, because it
was Easter Sunday, saw high attendance records set for the
year. This Sunday perhaps there
will be the lowest record of the
year in many churches.
Will you be one of those who do
not attend, and who could receive a letter like this:
Dear Fr iend:
I vi sited your Bible SChool last
Sunday and was overjoyed to see
the empty seats!
J happened to know that some
members were ill, but others
took advantage ofthe situation and
stayed away because they felt that
they would be classified with the
sick. They were sick, all right,
but in a different way. This 1 also rejoi ced to note!
Some of the lesson I did not enjoy. but I was happy to know that
some of the teachers had made
no calls on the pl(lilsthewcekbc-
