Teachers Support Issue I,
Consolidation of Schools

TOKYO (UPI) - Radio Ja·
karla today announced the col·
lapse of a coup d'etat that had
overthrown President Sukamo.
Broadcasts from the IDdonesian capital early today said
Sukarno was overthrown by a
revolutionary council led by an
officer of Sukamo's
palace
guard and placed in "protective
custody."
A later broadcast said Gen.
Abdul Har : Nasution, the antiCommunist armed forces chief,
had crushed tbe cup d' etat.
The Indonesian radio announced Indonesia had been "liberaled" by forces loyal to Sukarno.
