of the Scout oalh and Jaws are legion,
and many are today the leaders of their
communities. The entire program of
·Scouting is repleat with many Interests,
and a bov who enters the rankl ia going
to 'h1ve his horizons extended far heyond those who are never a part of the
movement.

While the three county program has
r an enrollment in all programs of close

::. lbere should be more of a growth to
'" reach and touch the live~ of more youth.
·- It is estimated that there are 15 percent
o! lhe youth of Scout age In the move.. ment. When we are all aware of the

a larger participation should be sought.
There is a growth, bul it needs accelera·
lion to a more marked dearee. We do not
know, but would guess that part of the
difficulty I&amp; a matter of finance and
leadership. There are many dedicated
men In aU of our communitlea that are
throwine their efforts In that direction
but there is alwavs a need for others to
enlilt' in a movement that il concerned

ship, the community and even the whole
world, because Scouting Ia worldwide.

a larger participation should be sought.

lion to a more marked dearee. We do not
know, but would guess that part of the
difficulty I&amp; a matter of finance and
leadership. There are many dedicated

throwine their efforts In that direction
but there is alwavs a need for others to
enlilt' in a movement that il concerned
