ON MATERIAL OR LABOR

prESident: &y
'Bind Vttt.aSJ H-art-

Probate Judge John C. Bacon today handed down a ruling in the
Emma Duckworth will case. Gist
of his holding was that the late
Emma Duckworth having used the
words "my two ·brotl\ers" twice in
her will, she
intended
her
two brother& living .11t the making
of the will, where the evidence
sbowed she had five brothers, three
of whom bad been either dead or
missing for more than thirty years
prior to making the will.
