The controversial Meigs Memorial hospital osteopathic and medical doctor disagreement came to a head .this morning in common pleas court when Leo Vauehan
was the lust w1tness m the recovery action by the Meigs commissioners and the
county hospital commission against Meigs Memorial Hospital, Inc.
Judge Carlos R1echker of Morgan county, assigned to hear the case after Meigs
Common Pleas Judge John C. Bacon stepped down, br&amp;ught order to the near-filled
courtroom at 9:30 a.m.
