            <text>Virgil Eugene Jacks, JR, 70 of Pomeroy, Oh passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, OH.&#13;
&#13;
Virgil is the son of the late Virgil Eugene Jacks, SR and Lucille Missouri Ferrell Topping. He worked as a track lineman on the railroad, and was of the Apostolic faith.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his wife Sharon Lou (Hart) Jacks; two sisters Lucille (Clark) Kinzel and Anna (Mark) Sultz; along with several half sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and friends.&#13;
&#13;
Besides his parents he is also preceded by sisters Dena Woods, and Judy Walker, a brother Joseph Jacks, several half sisters and brothers.&#13;
&#13;
Graveside services were Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 1:00 pm, at Miles Cemetery, Rutland, OH with Pastor Marty Hutton officiating. Virgil told his family not to send flowers but to please give to someone in need or to a church. Arrangements with Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, OH.</text>
