He was born Dec. 4, 1945, in in Gallipolis, OH, son of the late Norman and Vera Larkins Weber. Charles was a member of the Hickory Hills Church of Christ and was employed at Public Debt for 35 years. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Judy Young Weber; son, Jim and Jennifer Weber; sister, Vida and Doug Johnson; special niece, Jordyn Johnson; uncle, Howard Larkins and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Weber. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in the Success Cemetery.
