            <text>Kathi A. Bowen, 69, of Scottown passed away, on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born January 28, 1953, in Huntington West Virginia. She was the manager at McDonalds for many years and she was a member of the Point Pleasant Seventh-day Adventist Church.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her husband, Donald Bowen, a son, Bryan Dillard, of Scottown, a granddaughter, Winter Dillard, brothers, Eddy Charlton and Kenney Carlton, and her mother-in-law, Joann Bowen.&#13;
&#13;
She is preceded in death by her son, William “Bill” Thomas Dillard, and a brother-in-law, John Bowen.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial service officiated by Rev. D.W. West will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.</text>
