She is survived by her husband, Donald Bowen, a son, Bryan Dillard, of Scottown, a granddaughter, Winter Dillard, brothers, Eddy Charlton and Kenney Carlton, and her mother-in-law, Joann Bowen. She is preceded in death by her son, William “Bill” Thomas Dillard, and a brother-in-law, John Bowen. A memorial service officiated by Rev. D.W.
