Born November 7, 1951 in Gallipolis, he was the son of the late George Wills and Hazel Springer Adkins. He was a retired tour bus driver for Croswell Tours. He is survived by his children, Megan Banks, Kim Banks, and Charles Banks Jr., and nine grandchildren. Sisters, Brenda Foster, and Joy Adkins, a special friend, Barbara Saunders, and several nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Thom Wills, and James Wills. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2022, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
