            <text>Robert Dixon, 59, of Rutland, passed away, at 10:15 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022 in the Holzer Meigs Emergency Department, Pomeroy. Born August 9, 1963 in Toledo, Ohio he was the son of the late Jack and Sharon Sorge Dixon. He was a professional painter for Kousino Construction.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughters, Amy Dixon, and Crystal (Todd Hartford) Dixon, both of Rutland, grandchildren, Shayne Dixon, Robert (Haley) Dixon, Majestic (Tyler) Hartford, Dayton (Diana) Hartford, Justin Hartford, Heavenlee Butler, Matthew McDonald, Kylee Dixon, a granddaughter and best friend, Emilee Dixon, a great-grandchild, Wylder Dixon and one more on the way. A sister, Rebecca (Alan) Vernoski, of Toledo, a brother, Jack Dixon Jr., of Toledo and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. &#13;

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two great-grandchildren, Everlynn Hartford, and River Hartford, the mother of his children, Gayle Morris, and a sister-in-law, Jean Dixon.&#13;
&#13;
Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Pomeroy.</text>
