            <text>James Roger Neal, 75, of Gallipolis, passed away, at 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, June 17, 2022 in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born June 18, 1947 in Gallipolis, he was the son of the late James and Justine Waugh Neal. He was a retired skilled maintenance operator for GKN and he was a member of the Gallia County Gun Club.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his wife, Donna Carruthers Neal, whom he married on September 5, 1969, in Gallipolis, sons, Russ (Rhonda) Neal, and Rob Neal, both of Gallipolis. Grandchildren, MacKenzie (Ben) Schwieterman, and Sophie and Lily Neal. A nephew, Chuck Fisher, and a niece, Joella Fisher.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Roger Bradley Neal, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Eva O. and Donald R. Carruthers, and a sister-in-law, Carolyn (Charles H. “McGhee”) Fisher.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 23, 2022, in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis. Interment will follow in the Centenary Cemetery. Keith Fellure, Russ Neal, Rob Neal, Wayne Elliott, Doug Elliott, and Don Elliott, will serve as active casketbearers, Gary Miller, and Bob Chevalier, will serve as honorary casketbearerers. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral Home.</text>
