            <text>Lonnie Dean Fultz, 64, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at 3:34 on Thursday, May 5, 2022  in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born December 21, 1957 in Oak Hill, Ohio he was the son of the late Lonnie and Alma Patricia Blankenship Fultz, who survives in Rio Grande, Ohio. He was a handy man.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Dianna Vance Fultz, whom he married on September 6, 1984 in Crown City, Oh., two sons, Rev. Scott (Jennifer R.) Fultz, and Joshua (Jennifer M.) Fultz, both of Gallipolis. Grandchildren, Timothy, Luca, Sophia, Keishawn, Joshua, Sheinna, and Daniel, and a sister, Rhonda Nickels.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by a sister, Sharlene Steele.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May, 12, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Scott Fultz officiating in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.</text>
