            <text>Mary “Libby” Elizabeth Brown, 92, of Gallipolis, passed away, after a brief illness, at 5:20 pm on Thursday, December 30, 2021 in the Pleasant Valley Hospital, Point Pleasant. Born May 1, 1929, in Columbus, Ohio she was the daughter of the late John Harris Franklin and Ella Francis Holstein Rollins. She was a homemaker.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by her children, Harold (Debbie) Barcus, Jessica (Frank) Esterly, and Tina M. Barcus, all of Gallipolis, an honorary daughter, Janice Lee. Grandchildren, Perry Cardwell, Jr., Debbie Lusher, Cindy Besco, David Barcus, Shawn Barcus, Tonya Moss, Brittlee Cole, and Annie Cruz. Great-grandchildren, Jessica Wright, Brad Bias, Rebecca Bias, Noah Spurlock, Casey Barcus, Cordell Barcus, Abbey Barcus, Dakota Moss, Hailie Mullins, Emily Cole, and Chloie Rubbins, two great-great grandchildren, Lily Bias, Braden Wright, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harold E. Brown, daughter, Peggy Besco, son, William “Bill” Barcus, grandson, Richard Chauncy, siblings, Ernest Rollins, Charles Rollins, Audrey Rollins, Robert Rollins, Jim Rollins, Ray Rollins, Sue Benson, Bill Rollins, Donald Rollins, and Mary Lee-Diamond.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, is entrusted with the arrangements.</text>
