            <text>Andrea Rae Smith, 47, of Racine, passed away, unexpectedly at 2:55 a.m. on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in the Holzer Meigs Emergency Department, Pomeroy. Born August 6, 1973 in Gallipolis she was the daughter of Pamela Sylvester Theiss who survives in Syracuse and Thomas (Sheila) Theiss, who survives in Racine. She was a 1991 Southern High School graduate. She was a former X-ray Technician at Grant Hospital in Columbus, and Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, West Virginia and most recently she was a stay at home mom. She loved taking care of cattle and gardening.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jason Smith, whom she married on August 11, 2001 in Pomeroy, children, Tyler (Cassie) Mcvay, Weston Smith, Brad (Cyndal) Smith, Cody (Georganna) Smith, Levi Smith, grandchildren, Carson, Keldon, Addison, Kiera, Ethan, and Stella. Two sisters, Jessica (Jordan) Snoke, Tammy (Kelley) Grueser, mother-in-law, Shirley (Leo) Bucher, father-in-law, Ernie Smith, numerous: aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and friends also survive.&#13;
&#13;
She is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Michael Reed Theiss, maternal grandparents, Arthur and Ester Sylvester, paternal grandparents, Charles and Bonnie Theiss.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine with Pastor Mark A. Mitera officiating. Friends may call 3 hours prior to the service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. </text>
