            <text>Arthur T. Warner, 91, Tornado Road, Racine, passed away at 1:10 P.M Friday, June 25, 2021, in the Abbyshire Place Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation Center in Bidwell. Born May 28, 1930 in the Letart Falls community he was the son of the late Homer H. and Etha J. Edwards Warner. Arthur retired after 32 years of service as an assistance foil mill operator at the Kaiser Aluminum &amp; Chemical Company. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean Conflict attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. Arthur was also a Master Mason of the Pomeroy-Racine Lodge #164 of Free &amp; Accepted Masons of Ohio. He married Janet M. Neville on June 29, 1955 in Middleport, Ohio and she preceded him in death on July 1, 2020. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Larry) Smith, of Racine, two sons, Randy (Kitty Ramsey) Warner,  of Racine and Michael Warner, of Racine, grandchildren, Angie (Rodney) Evans, Jaime (Gary) Banks, Jason Warner, Cassandra "Sandi" Smith and Matthew Smith, two step-grandchildren, Amanda Ashworth and Ashley Ashworth, great-grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Trevor Evans, and Trenton Evans, Avery Banks, Taylor Cottrill, Jace Smith and Tinzley Smith, sisters-in-law, Louise Warner, of Florida, Joan Roberts, of Gallipolis, Donna (John) Fiske, of Columbus, Ohio and Lena (Jim) Lashbrooke, of Columbus, Ohio. Also surviving  is a brother-in-law, Alan Neville, of Columbus, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, Janet, he was was preceded in death by a brother, Homer Oliver Warner, sister, Inez Roy and a brother-in-law, James "Jimmy" Neville. In keeping with Arthur's wishes there are no calling hours or funeral service. Private entombment will be in the Meigs Memory Gardens. Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine, is serving the family.</text>
