He is survived by his wife, Carol Edwards Will, whom he married on December 24, 1968, in Mason County, West Virginia, children, Jody (Rusty) Capehart, of Pomeroy, and Jim (Julie) Will, of Minersville, grandchildren, Tiffany (Willis) Marr, Cassandra Will, and Caitlyn Will, great-grandchildren, Alayna, Aubree, Landen, Clarissa, and William. A brother, Robert (Barbara) Will, of San Antonio, Texas, a sister-in-law, Dottie Will, of Pomeroy and numerous nieces and nephews also survive. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by grandsons, Matthew Will, and James Tyler Will, brothers, Paul and Harold Junior Will, and a sister, Patricia Klein.
