Born April 9, 1981, in Gallipolis, Ohio she was the daughter of Jeffrey Steele of Gallipolis, and Maureen Elizabeth Jacobs (John) Horne, who survive in Morgantown. She was a former supervisor for S.W. Resources and a member of The One Church, Parkersburg. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her daughter, Madelyn Sarah Elizabeth Riel, of Gallipolis, half-brothers, Jacob Stanley, and Douglas Young, both of Morgantown, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. She is preceded in death by her step-father, Charles Stanley. Private funeral services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis.
