            <text>ames Fredrick Duty, 55, of Gallipolis, passed away on April 13, 2021 at his residence. Born June 24 1965 in Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late James Duty and Janet Boysel. He worked for Totals Tree Service.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by a son, Aaron Duty, of Wellston, Oh., a stepson, Bobby Gullett, of Gallipolis, five grandchildren, Drake Duty, Charlie Duty, A.J. Chapman, Jordan Chapman, and Tierra Pierce. Two brothers, Kellis (Johnni Harper) Duty, of Hartford, WV., and Shawn Duty, of Gallipolis, a sister, Tia (Shaye) Bare, of Jackson, Oh., and Kathy (Terry) Adams, of Gallipolis, his former wife, Dee Lemaster, of Proctorville, Oh., and several nieces and nephews also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Angela Lane.&#13;
&#13;
Cremation services are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, locally owned and operated at 75 Grape St. Gallipolis, Ohio.</text>
