            <text>Jerry Allen Mawhirter, 76, of McArthur, Ohio, passed away at 8:45 P.M. Friday, February 26, 2021, in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born February 4, 1945 in Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late Ernie and Vivian Ernestine Hand Mawhirter. He was a retired printer from the Pfier’s Printing Company in Columbus and was a member of the Graphic Communications International Union of Newspaper, Commercial Printing and Printing Specialities &amp; Paper Products Industries of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Jerry was a Vietnam veteran of the U.S. Navy.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his four grandchildren, Tyler Mawhirter, Jacob Mawhirter, Jordan Mawhirter and Matt Mawhirter. Also surviving are four nieces, Kelly (Russ) Barchet, of Columbus, Ohio, Kim (Rob) Brown, of Columbus, Ohio, Vicki Storts, of McArthur, Ohio and Elaine Evans, of McArthur, Ohio.&#13;

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Kurt Mawhirter and his sister, Barbara Storts.&#13;
&#13;
A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Kelly's Residence. All Family and friends are invited. Call Vicki if you need directions. Private interment will be in the Sunset Cemetery in Columbus, Ohio. Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Gallipolis, is serving the Mawhirter family.</text>
