            <text>Michael Joseph Palmer, 57, of Rio Grande, passed away, on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 10:48 p.m. in the Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis. Born May 7, 1963, in Fayette County, Ohio he was the son of the late Daniel Joseph and Ann Leaming Palmer.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his sister, Cynthia (David) Collins, of Washington Court House, Ohio, nieces and nephews, Jerad Matthews, and Emily Matthews, both of Bloominburg, Ohio, a great nephew, Case Matthew and a great niece, Cora Young.&#13;
&#13;
Private graveside services will be held in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, in Wilmington, Ohio. Arrangements are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, locally owned and operated at 75 Grape St. Gallipolis, Ohio.</text>
