In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Kiana (Brendon) Ford, of Point Pleasant, and Samuel Cudd, of Indiana, grandchildren, Connor and Hunter Ford. A brother, Anthony Cudd, of Huntington, Wv., and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his sister, Karen Cudd. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
