            <text>Richard James Koeber, 57, of Vinton, passed away as a result of the motor vehicle accident, on Sunday, January 17, 2021. Born January 3, 1964, in Jacksonville, Florida he was the son of John F. “Jack” and Carmelyn “Cammy” Bryan Koeber who survives in Jacksonville, Fl. He was a Eldorado High School graduate and worked for the John Taylor Company, he was of the Catholic Faith.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Brian (Van) Koeber-Boeck, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.&#13;
&#13;
A memorial service celebrating his life with family and friends will be held in Jacksonville, Florida. Father Matthew Ibok will be presiding. His final resting place will be with his uncle, grandparents, and great-grandparents, in the Forest Lakes Cemetery, DesPlains, Illinois. Arrangements are entrusted to the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, locally owned and operated in Gallipolis, Ohio.</text>
