            <text>Matthew “Matt” David Triplett, 33, of Racine, passed away Suddenly on January 16, 2021 in the Holzer Meigs Emergency Department. Born April 20, 1987 in Gallipolis he was the son of David Triplett and Mary Evans. He was a kind soul and would do anything for anyone if he could. He was a hard worker and worked for Chris Wolfe Farms for many years. He was a graduate of Southern Local High School and he loved watching the Pittsburg Steelers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. He made an impression on so many lives and he will be great missed.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his mother, Mary (Rick Durst) Evans, of Apaka, Florida, his brothers, Nick Triplett, of Portland, Terry Triplett, of New Haven, WV., Timothy “T.J.” Triplett, of Columbus, Oh., Steve Triplet, Festus, MO., and Christopher Triplett, of Point Pleasant, WV., His grandmother, Kathryn Evans, several aunts, Norma (Paul) Evans, Sandy (Bill) William, Jo Ann (Danny Pickens) Evans, two uncles, Norman “Bub” Evans, Larry Triplett, numerous cousins, Holly Evans, Paul Evans, Levi Williams, Brandon (Jennifer) Triplett, Sean Williams, and Catlynn Ross, a nieces, Haley Triplett, his girlfriend, Jackie Forester, three step-daughter, Jasmine, Tonya, and Elizabeth Forester also survive.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Norman Evans, paternal grandparents, Morgan and Mary Triplett, a special grandmother, Merle Evans.&#13;
&#13;
A Celebration of life service will be held at the Portland Community Center at the convenience of the family. The Cremeens-King Funeral home is entrusted with the arrangements.  </text>
