Ester Darlene Johnson Long, 47, of Gallipolis, passed away, at 9:00 p.m. on January 13, 2021 at her residence. Born August 17, 1973, in Columbus, she was the daughter of the late Linda Lou Sears Johnson and John W. Johnson, who survives in Gallipolis. She was a homemaker, and loved her whole family more than anything.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her children, Sean R. Long, Shelby Long, Jayden Johnson, her ex-husband, Sean Long. Her sisters, Barbara Arthur, Sue (Carl) Bing, a brother, John D. Johnson, favorite aunts, Clara Davis, and Brenda Greathouse, several cousins, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2021 in the Centenary Cemetery, with Pastor James Chapman officiating. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, locally owned and operated at 75 Grape St. in Gallipolis is entrusted with the arrangements.
