Born June 18, 1933 in Meigs County she was the daughter of the late Glenn and Ester Longsworth West. She was a homemaker and member of the Racine United Methodist Church. She is survived by her son, Charles W. “Bill” (Patricia) Cornell, III, of Payton, Colorado, grandchildren, Jennifer (Warren) Burns, Kimberly (Greg) Huber, and Joe (Rachel) Cornell. Great-grandchildren, Natalie Walker, Hayley Walker, Grace Burns, Kaitlyn Burns, Lucas Huber, Olivia Huber, Isabella Cornell, and Alexandra Cornell, a sister-in-law, Margaret West, and special friends, Jim and Linda Diddle. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Cornell, Jr., an infant son, and brother, Gordon West. A memorial graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Gilmore Cemetery. The Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine is entrusted with the arrangements.
