            <text>Clarence Ivan Norris, 63, of Racine, Ohio, passed away at  7:35PM on May 21, 2018 at Ohio State  Wexner Medical Center, in Columbus, Ohio. Born December 8, 1954, in Pomeroy,  to the late Herschel and Julia Arabell Stiles Norris. He retired from the Letart Township Garage where he also was the caretaker of Letart Falls Cemetery.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his wife Nancy Eblin Manley Norris, whom he married on March 19, 2010 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, his step-daughters, Crystal Dexter, of Glouster, Oh., and Tracy Lawson, of Middleport, step-grandchildren, Timmy Dexter, Makayla Dexter, and  Nikki (Eric) Pierce. Brothers-in-law, Ray Eblin, of Syracuse, and Steven (Dorcas) Manley, of Thomasville, North Carolina, and numerous cousins and friends also survive.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held on 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 in the Cremeens-King Funeral Home, Racine. Rev. Steven Manley and Rev. Jim Marshall will officiate and interment will follow in the Letart Falls Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.  </text>
