   Jack Lee Mowery, 73, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on January 8, 2023.  He was born on September 24, 1949 in Gallipolis, Ohio son of the late Willard and Agnes Mowery.  He was a United States Army veteran.&#13;
   He is survived by his son, Jesse Mowery; brother, Kenneth Mowery; sister, Linda (Dennis) Rye; sister-in-law, Karen Mowery; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.&#13;
   In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Terri Daugherty Mowery; and brothers and sisters, Johnny Mowery, Jimmy Mowery, Joann Swearingen and Judy VanCooney.&#13;
   Funeral services will held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 6:30pm at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy with Pastor Cody Lambert officiating.  Military funeral honors will be presented by the V.F.W. Post 9926.  Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2:00pm to 6:30pm at the funeral home.  Graveside services will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023 at 1:00pm at the Jerusalem Cemetery in Jerusalem, Ohio.</text>
