<text>Elvira Violet Lee, 90, McArthur, Ohio

Born Elvira Violet Wallace on June 1st,1932 to the late Hattie & Leon Wallace in Burlington, New Jersey. Elvira was a devout military wife to her first husband, Franklyn Washington (deceased). Elvira worked at Retail Clerks for over 20 years, worked for Amtrak for 10 years, and traveled everywhere she could with her late 2nd husband and best friend, Leo Lee (deceased). Anyone who knew her knew that Elvira loved to travel and tried to go to as many places as possible, be it by train, plane, or cruise ship. Throughout her life, Elvira remained a devoted and beloved member of the Church of Christ both in Burlington NJ and here in McArthur OH. Elvira loved the members of her church and her smiling face will be forever missed. Her love for the congregation was only matched by the love and support they gave back in kind.
Elvira is survived by her brothers Franklin Washington and Septus Wallace, her sister Sheila Wallace, and her six children; her sons Tyrone Wallace, Norman Washington, Franklyn Washington Jr., Steven Washington, and her daughters Deborah Williams, and Wanda Johnson. Elvira is also survived by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Elvira's love and memories will be carried on through the family she built. May God bless us for tomorrow.
In addition to her parents she was preceded by husbands Franklyn Washington and Leo Lee, sisters Clara Martin, Dale Wallace, Virginia Wallace, and a brother Leon Wallace.
Services will be Friday at 2 PM at the McArthur Church of Christ, with Pastor Larry Boggs officiating. Visitation will be Friday 12:00, until time of service. In lieu of flowers Memorial Donations can be made to the McArthur Church of Christ, 440 Engle Dr. McArthur, Ohio 45651.
