<text>William Price Neutzling, 55, of Pomeroy, Ohio, passed away peacefully in his sleep Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Bill was born on February 20, 1967, to Patricia (Haggy) Neutzling and William Neutzling Sr. in Gallipolis, Ohio.
Bill was known for his wonderful sense of humor and his ability to bring a smile to anybody’s face that he interacted with. Bill spent his days working at Carleton School in Syracuse, Ohio, where he touched the lives of many of the employees and people he worked with. Bill took great pride in the work that he did, including cleaning and maintaining roadside rest stops across Southeastern Ohio and working in Carleton’s workshops. When Bill was not working, he spent his time watching Red’s baseball and Bengals football, which he was very passionate about.
Bill was preceded in death by his father, William Neutzling Sr.; stepfather, Robert Barton; and his grandparents, Norbert and Katherine Neutzling, Jesse Haggy, and Madeline McClung. He is survived by his mother, Patricia Haggy; siblings, Brenda Phalin, Joey Barton, Angie Bass, and Scott Barton; and many adored Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 1pm at Beech Grove Cemetery in Pomeroy, Ohio. Flowers, love and prayers are appreciated by the family.</text>
