Text Any textual data included in the document Shirley “Giggles” Gibbs, 71, of Pomeroy, Ohio, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Overbrook Rehabilitation Center. She was born on August 13, 1951, to the late Clarence and Maxine Jordan. She later married the love of her life, Randall Gibbs, on February 14, 1970. Shirley attended the Hobson Fellowship Church in Middleport, Ohio. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as participating in activities where she resided. Shirley is survived by her children, Gina (Kent) Stuebs of Columbus, OH, Rhonda (Rick) Lanham of Harrisville, WV, and RJ (Heather) Gibbs of Pomeroy, OH; grandchildren, Andrew (Justine) Birchfield of Columbus, OH and Averi “Sweet Baby” Gibbs of Pomeroy, OH; great-grandchildren, Jared, Caleb, and Emmett Birchfield; sisters, Patty White of Racine, OH and Cindy (Vic) Aeiker of Pomeroy, OH; many nieces and nephews whom she adored; her extended family; and her friends at Overbrook. She is preceded in death by her husband, Randall Gibbs, and her parents, Clarence and Maxine Jordan. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 at 11am at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy, Ohio. Burial will follow at Sunrise Cemetery in New Haven, West Virginia. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 16, 2022 from 6-8:00pm.
