            <text>Wilovene Wagner Zurcher Bailey, 95, of Pomeroy, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2022.  She was born in 1927 in New Rumley, Ohio, to the late Harry and Elsie Ammon Wagner.  She attended Carrollton High School in Carrollton, Ohio.  Wilovene was a member of the Zion Church of Christ and worked in several positions such as Federal Mogul, G.D.C., Head Start, and O.V.C.A.&#13;
     She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Wayne Zurcher Sr.; daughters, Karen Zurcher, Sharon (Clarence) Mattox, and Arlene Heavner; sister, Meryl (Ralph) McCrea; stepdaughter, Christine Hammett; stepson, Robert Bailey Jr.; brother-in-law, Paul Bush; in-laws, William (Dolores) Bailey, William (Ann) Zurcher, Robert (Mabel) Zurcher and Kathryn Ulman; and grandchildren, Bradley and Kenneth Peters.&#13;
     Wilovene is survived by her husband, Robert C. Bailey Sr.; children, Wayne (Carolyn) Zurcher Jr., John (Rebecca) Zurcher, and Will Hammett; grandchildren, Martin Peters, Curtis Peters, Mark (Maria) Mattox, Sandie Mattox Carnahan, Keith Mattox, Tim Zurcher, and Monica Zurcher; great grandchildren, Bradley Jr., Toni, Chelsea, Brittney, Kayla, Seth, Andrea, Curtis, Amanda (Shawn), Chandra (Jake), Cody (Erin), Cameron, Christian, Braxton, and Timothy A.; 6 great great grandchildren; sister, Glenna Bush; in-laws, Darlene (James) Emmit; and several nieces and nephews.&#13;
     Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 12:00 pm at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy, Ohio with Jay Proffitt officiating.  Graveside services will follow at Meigs Memory Gardens in Pomeroy, Ohio.  Visitation for friends and family will be held 1 hour prior (11am-12pm) at the funeral home in Pomeroy, Ohio.  </text>
