She was born April 13, 1932 in Gallia County, Ohio daughter of the late Merrill “Curly” and Virginia (Burnett) Kemper. Isabelle was a 1950 Graduate of Bidwell-Porter High School, Porter, Ohio. Isabelle is survived by three children: Paul (Sue) Swain, Gallipolis, Ohio; Jeff (Loretta) Swain, Bidwell, Ohio and Cheryl Swain Carroll, Missoula, Montana; grandchildren: Webster Swain, Hannah Hall, Jared Swain, Sarah Carroll, Austin Swain and Morgan Swain; step-granddaughters, Chasity Curtis and Moriah Walker; great-grandchildren, Lennox, Taisa, Tristan, Justice, Jacob, Miles, Gabriel Christopher, Shaya, Treyvon, Kyla, Paisyn and Orion. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her twin sister, Annabelle Stanley, February 17, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2023 in the McCoy-Moore Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel, with Pastor Heath Jenkins officiating.
