(Jenneh) Kelly, of Thurston, Ohio, and Melissa (Joe) Duggin, of Orville, California, grandchildren, Ava and Brinley Kelly, and Charlie and Braydon Duggin. Brothers Russell Kelly, and Harvey Lockwood also survive. IN addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Kelly.
