            <text>James Harbor, 77, of Pomeroy, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at his residence.&#13;
He was born Dec. 14, 1945, in Midkiff, WV, son of the late Beauford and Polly Queen Harbor. James was a Marine Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a retired truck driver, having driven over a million miles.&#13;
He is survived by 5 daughters, Patricia Stieffel, Pamela Seulean, Nita Sims, Katherine Guidry and Leticia Barton; 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and special companion, Suzanne Kibble.&#13;
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Harbor; Jimmy and Alma Doss, who raised him; brother, Dickie; sister, Brookie.&#13;
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Sunday, March 5, 2023, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH, with Wesley Young officiating. Burial will follow in the Bethel Cemetery.&#13;
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday, one hour prior to the service.&#13;
