            <text> Barbara Jane (Spurlock) Bissell, loving mother and wife, 74, left this world to be with the Lord in Glory on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at Marietta Memorial Hospital after a strong nine-year fight against cancer.&#13;
She was born on October 5, 1948 in Milton WV to the late Voyd and Inez Harper Spurlock.&#13;
Prior to Retirement, Barbara was self-employed as a senior home health care-giver, the Accountant for Roger L. Bissell Construction, worked at Rocksprings Nursing Home and was a child care provider.&#13;
She attended the first United Pentecostal Church of Ravenswood, W.V. She was a passionate and faithful servant witnessing and winning many souls to the Lord. She was a Sunday School Teacher and managed the church bus route when she attended the Middleport United Pentecostal Church and the Full Gospel Lighthouse of Pomeroy.&#13;
Barbara is survived by her three daughters Angela and Thomas Kelly, Christina and Matt Miller, and Michelle Peterson; five step-children, Joyce Ann and Ronnie Claiborne, Roger and Sherry Bissell, Tina and Chad Vaughan, Lorena Bissell, and Amanda Bissell Williams; four brothers, Danny, Voyd, Rodney and Debbie, and Don Spurlock, four sisters, Kay Lanham, Kathy and John Walker, Carol and Fred Dodge, and Pam and Mark Boyd; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in Christ, countless friends and her dog Doodle.&#13;
Barbara was proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 17 years, Roger L. Bissell; brothers, Ronnie, David, Gary, and C.L. Spurlock, and Step-daughter Alisha Bissell.&#13;
Family and friends may call at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville Ohio, Friday (Feb 24) from 5-7 PM and Service on Saturday (Feb 25) at 3 PM.</text>
