She was born Sept. 6, 1959, in Parkersburg, WV, daughter of the late Clyde and Dorothy Donohoe Barringer. Rosa is survived by 2 daughters, Kelly and Sara (Shawn) Erb; 2 sons, Jonathan Cook and Herman “Rob” Cline; 7 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; 2 sisters, Charlotte (Jim) Smith and Dottie (Ronnie) Deem; 2 brothers, Ray (Ann) Barringer and Danny (Kim) Barringer and a sister-in-law, Mary Jo Barringer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Andy Barringer and David Barringer. Visitation will be held Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, from 5-7 P.M. at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. There will be no funeral service.
