McCoy; 2 brothers, Basil Cole and Roger Cole and a sister, Cleda Mann. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack McCoy; son, David McCoy; daughter, Stella Blankenship; and 2 grandsons, Jason Bright and Brandon McCoy. Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Monday, Feb. 6, 2023, at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Reedsville, OH.
