            <text>Shelby R. Eblin, 50, of Parkersburg, WV, passed away Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023, at his residence.&#13;
He was born Sept. 22, 1972, in Columbus, OH, son of Charles Eblin and Brenda Creech Cundiff.&#13;
In addition to his parents, Shelby is survived by his wife, Robin Balch; 2 daughters, Britany and Michael Culp and Briana and Kenny Westfall; 2 sons, David Eblin and Nathan Welch and several grandchildren.&#13;
He was preceded in death by a son, Nickolas; a sister, Charlotte and his grandparents.&#13;
Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. Burial will follow in the Hilltop Cemetery.&#13;
Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, from 11 A.M. until time of service.&#13;
