He was born Sept. 22, 1972, in Columbus, OH, son of Charles Eblin and Brenda Creech Cundiff. In addition to his parents, Shelby is survived by his wife, Robin Balch; 2 daughters, Britany and Michael Culp and Briana and Kenny Westfall; 2 sons, David Eblin and Nathan Welch and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Nickolas; a sister, Charlotte and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M., Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2023, at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home in Coolville, OH. Burial will follow in the Hilltop Cemetery.
