He was a former store clerk and an Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam Era. Bob is survived by 4 siblings Martha Eleen Astrack, Roger Clyde Williams, Jerry Franklin Williams and Molly Gail Mullin, special Friends William Gloyd, David Neutzling, Rod Walker, and Sherry Miller, several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Bob was preceded in death by a sister Judy Ann Winchester and brother Randy Allan Williams. At Bob's request he is to be cremated and no services at this time.
