Text Any textual data included in the document John Boyd “JB” Nutter, Sr., 71, of Ravenswood, WV, departed this earthly world on January 31, 2023, at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. He was born on April 10, 1951, in Charleston, WV, son of the late John Stanley and Antoinette (Nina) Scaramuzzino Nutter. He was a music teacher and assistant band director for Ravenswood High School for several years. He was also a master electrician and master plumber and had his contractor’s licenses. His love for teaching children never stopped. He is survived by his children, John Boyd Nutter, Jr. (Riki), Tara Johnson (Shane), and Jared Nutter; grandchildren that he adored, Kiersten, Aubrie, Riley, Colten, and Cassidy; sister, Sandy Fridley; and brother, Eddie Nutter (Terry). He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Antoinette Nutter. Friends may visit the family on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenwood. The service will be held at 4:30 pm on Saturday, February 4, with Pastor Chris Skeens and Father Jim Sobus officiating.
