            <text>Joshua Wayne Rowe, 41, of Racine, Ohio, passed away on February 26, 2023.&#13;
&#13;
He was born on June 1, 1981, in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of Paul Lynn Rowe and Arlene Kay Sellers.&#13;
&#13;
Josh was 1999 graduate of Meigs High School. He was also a graduate of the Hobart Welding School in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles, boating and junking.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by his mother, Arlene Sellers (Jeff Jackson); father, Paul Rowe (Rose); daughter, Willow; sisters, Raschel Still (Stephen), Brigette Barnes (Joshua Dunham); stepbrothers, Lester “Butch” Limo, and David (BJ) Limo; stepsister, Tina Limo; nieces, Arya and Adalynn; nephews, Anthony W. and Anthony S.; special friend, Ashley Graham and her daughter, Tember Graham.&#13;
&#13;
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Ada Rowe; uncles, Johnny Ray Sellers, Jim Persinger, Raymond Rowe, John Wayne VanMeter, Benny Wilson, Richard Gilbride, and Dennis Manuel; aunt, Mary Stover; cousins, Misty and Alicia.&#13;
&#13;
The service will be held on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at 2:00pm at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood, WV, with a visitation 2 hours prior to service with Pastor Jay Proffitt officiating. Burial will follow in Letart Falls Cemetery.&#13;
&#13;
A luncheon will be served, following the burial, at East Letart United Methodist Church.</text>
