            <text>Ronald C. Hooper, 93, Albany, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2023, in&#13;
Wyngate at Rivers Edge, Proctorville, Ohio.&#13;
      Born in Albany March 6, 1930, he was the son of the late Clyde and&#13;
Fern Lewis Hooper.  He was a US Navy Veteran, retired contract mail carrier from the&#13;
US Postal Service, and was a member of the Albany VFW Post 9893.&#13;
     He was preceded in death by his parents, wife and son.&#13;
   Services will be Friday at 2 PM at Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home,&#13;
with Pastor Debbie Brookins officiating.  Visitation is 1-2 Friday prior&#13;
to the service.  Burial will be in Alexander Cemetery with Military&#13;
Services by KT Crossen Post 21 American Legion, and Albany VFW Post 9893.</text>
