Betty is survived by four children, James (Bob) Johnson, Pomeroy, OH, Carol (Joe) McClure, Leon, WV, Barbara (Tom) Varian, West Columbia, WV, and Kay Johnson (George), Pomeroy, OH. Betty also had 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.. Betty was preceded by not only her parents, her husband James E. Johnson, and more recently by her son Mark A. Johnson, 3 sisters, 5 brothers and 4 great great grandchildren. Services are Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 1 pm at Birchfield Funeral Home, Rutland, OH with Pastor Josh Waybright officiating. Burial to follow at Graham Station Cemetery, Leon, WV.
