Joshua was a driver for the Lyft Company where he had worked for several years. He is the grandson of the late Eugene and Mary Lou Hawkins from Middleport and the late Gerald "Smoke" Simpson of Racine. He is survived by his parents Mark and Regina Simpson of Middleport; Sister Tiffany (Bryan) Howell, Niece Nora Howell and Grandmother Shirley Simpson of Racine. Uncle Ronnie (Frances) Hawkins of Middleport, Uncle Paul (Sue Ellen) Simpson of Portsmouth, Aunt Sheryl Rentas of Racine, Aunt Lori (Scott) Bearhs of Pomeroy, Aunt Diana Bissell of Belpre; Jan (Bill) Harmon of Racine.
