            <text>Edward Chapman, 86 of Syracuse, passed away on June 25,2023. He was born on July 7, 1936 in Rutland, Son of the late Lyle and Emma Chapman.&#13;
&#13;
He served in the United States Army, He was blessed with loving and caring friends that were a large part of his life.&#13;
&#13;
He is survived by Ramona Kay Carron, Veronica Lyn McCarty of Arizona and a son Ernie Chapman of Pomeroy and Sister Jeanie Roma Creamens and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Craig and Paula Cottrell, Berry and Carolyn McCoy.&#13;
&#13;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a Son Eddie Chapman Wife Mary, brothers Bob (Bev) Chapman, Bill (Connie) Chapman, Belva (Gene) O'Dell.&#13;
&#13;
Graveside services will be held on Friday July 7th, at 11:00AM at Rocksprings Cemetery.</text>
