He served in the United States Army, He was blessed with loving and caring friends that were a large part of his life. He is survived by Ramona Kay Carron, Veronica Lyn McCarty of Arizona and a son Ernie Chapman of Pomeroy and Sister Jeanie Roma Creamens and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, Craig and Paula Cottrell, Berry and Carolyn McCoy. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a Son Eddie Chapman Wife Mary, brothers Bob (Bev) Chapman, Bill (Connie) Chapman, Belva (Gene) O'Dell. Graveside services will be held on Friday July 7th, at 11:00AM at Rocksprings Cemetery.
