            <text>Jonathan Scott of Middleport, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 21,2023 at Arbors of Pomeroy. He was born August 22, 1954 to the late Pearl Anna King and Fred Scott Jr, (BB)&#13;
&#13;
Jonathan was a 1972 graduate from Meigs High School. He was employed at Gavin Power Plant for forty plus years where he retired, He was also a musician all of his life and loved music.&#13;
&#13;
Jonathan is survived by his wife of 47 years Kathy Scott, Son Shannon &amp; Patricia Scott; Daughter Danielle Scott Hampton; Son in law Aaron Hampton. Seven grandchildren Tishea Boothe, Chris Hampton, Tyra Boothe, Dante Hampton, Justine Smith, Jonathan Scott, and Shanna Scott.&#13;
&#13;
Jon also had four Great Grandchildren; Jon had four brothers, Charles Fredrick, Randolf, Jim and Joe. Sisters Janey, Belinda, Pricilla, Cherry and Lady.&#13;
&#13;
Jon is preceded in death by his mother Pearl and father(BB), along with his sister Belinda Taylor and Charles Scott.&#13;
&#13;
Services will be held on Friday July 28,2023 at 7:00 PM, Visiting hours will be from 4:00PM - 7:00PM at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy Ohio.</text>
