            <text>Wanda Marie Vining, 84, passed away on Wednesday August 23,2023 at her home surrounded by her family.&#13;
&#13;
She was born July 15, 1939, the daughter of the late Gerald and Goldie (Boles) Graham.&#13;
&#13;
She proudly attended Rutland High School and attended the Rutland Church of the Nazarene where she was a charter member. She retired from the Meigs County Senior Citizens after 27 years.&#13;
&#13;
Wanda married the love of her life Eldon "Bud" Vining on August 20,1956&#13;
&#13;
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Daughter Terri Smith, two sisters and one brother.&#13;
&#13;
She is survived by daughters Sherri (Danny) Darst, Rita (Jeffrey) Ridge; Brother Jim (Latischia) Graham; Six Grandchildren; Corey (Marcy) Darst, Christopher Darst, Shannon (Alicia) Smith, Matthew (Angie) Smith, Whitney (Matthew) Shain, Megan (Johnathan) Brunton, Nine Great-Grandchildren, One Great Great Grandson.&#13;
&#13;
Funeral services will be held at 11:00a.m. on Monday August 28, at the Rutland Nazarene Church Rutland Ohio, With Pastor Ann Forbes, Robbie Keene officiating, Burial will follow at Miles Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday August 27, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.</text>
