            <text>Wanda L. Leffingwell, 83, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023 in the Holzer Medical Center Emergency Room.&#13;
&#13;
Born on April 29, 1939 in Perrysburg, Ohio, Wanda was the daughter of the late Bricent John and Velma Slater Meach.  Wanda was a homemaker who enjoyed yard work, flowers, and her family.&#13;
&#13;
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Julie A. Leffingwell of Gallipolis; sons, Edward F. “Rick” Leffingwell, Jr. (fiancé Laura) of Proctorville, Ohio and Brian Keith Leffingwell of Gallipolis; brother, William Meach of Toledo, Ohio; and former husband, Edward Frank Leffingwell, Sr.&#13;
&#13;
In accordance with Wanda’s wishes, no public services are being planned.  Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family. </text>
